Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WB Equipment Service Corp. (“WB Equipment”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website (the “Website”) or contact us. By using the Website you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, or that is collected automatically when you use the Website:

• Information you provide – such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry when you contact us, request a quote or sign up for updates.
• Technical information – such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, which our web servers record automatically for security and performance.
• Cookies – small files stored on your device. Please see our Cookies Policy for details.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, rentals, sales and service.
• To manage our relationship with you and fulfil orders or contracts.
• To send you information you have asked for, including updates you have opted in to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website.
• To comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business and the Website (for example web hosting, email and IT providers), with manufacturers or partners where needed to fulfil your request, or where required by law. These parties may only use your information to provide services to us.

Third-party services

The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google may receive your IP address. Links on the Website may take you to other websites, such as manufacturers’ sites or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and then securely delete it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw any consent you have given. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
